Rachel Ross at Peterson Partners was an absolute dream to work with! My fiancé and I were first-time homebuyers in the midst of a crazy time. With 20-30 offers on many homes in 24-48 hours, we were definitely in for a rough journey, but Rachel was always available at the drop of a hat to meet us for a home tour. Even when she was out of town on vacation, she kept in contact and was able to get us into several last-minute showings with Tonya on her team, who was wonderful as well! Rachel walked through every home with us, pointed out the good and bad, knew what was cosmetic and what was an actual problem to consider, was never pushy, and never once rushed us through a showing.
