This is the 2nd time I've worked with the Jennifer Bullock Team and as before was completely satisfied with their performance. Tiffany did her homework as I had limited time to look for a home and in just a couple of days I found exactly what I was looking for. Terrific to work with and I can't say enough good things about the team.
Jennifer and Michelle were both great and SO Patient with us. We looked at so many houses we can't even count. Communication was great and attention was very prompt all the time. Our buying experience was great and would highly recommend anyone to use them.
We put our full trust in Katie to guide our market search. She thoughtfully and patiently worked with us to find the perfect property. She guided us every step of the way and made the buying process seemless and stress free. Couldn’t have been better!
Michelle was always there by our side in the search for a new home. She was attentive and timely. She gave candid advice and was patient. She gave great insight regarding finding a family home in a great community for families.
What can I say? The whole process went by without a hitch, and I was amazed at how fast the entire process took. Highly recommend for any purchase or sale.
Jennifer was super helpful during my house hunting and closing. My wait on my home sale was nerve wracking but she encouraged me and kept touch ready to help me once I could look for properties here. She was super knowledgeable about the area and helped me to “see” all the details of properties especially when I was overlooking some negative details. She and her team were very professional but super relatable and helpful during the whole process. Made purchasing my home here much less stressful.
The best thing about my experience with Michelle Ayer was she took the burden of everything off of my shoulders and I didn't have to worry about anything. Michelle explained the steps to selling our house and made it easy to understand. We had a booklet made just for us with all the details that we needed to know, including market value of houses around us and what they sold for. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I am looking forward to using the team to assisting me to find my forever condo! I would recommend this team to my family and friends!
Working with the Bullock Team in the Wilmington, NC area was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their professionalism stood out immediately, and they consistently communicated every detail clearly and promptly. Whether it was answering late-night questions or scheduling last-minute showings, their responsiveness made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy or sell with confidence!
Drew was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Helped us find a mortgage broker that was able to work with us and really took the time to explain the entire process to us. He also showed us almost 20 houses before we found “our house”. Highly recommended Drew to anyone in the area looking for a buying agent.
Closed on two houses in the same day. One bought, one sold. Difficult buyers, nice sellers. The team navigated me through the process with little to no issues.
Tiffany was the best I am glad we were able to find what was in my price and she was a great agent thank you and all of here team
Jennifer Bullock and team are amazing! Selling your home can be very stressful, but Jennifer, Aleigh, and Jimmy provided excellent service and support from our first meeting until our closing. They were in constant communication to explain, confirm, follow up, update, and make sure all details were handled promptly and efficiently. They responded to all emails, phone calls and texts very promptly. Any question asked was answered thoroughly. During our first meeting Jennifer did a walk through of our home and explained the selling process in great detail. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, trends, and current market activity. She set up a follow up time to review all details and coordinate a timeframe for pictures and going live with the sale. We felt completely confident in her ability to sell our home at the best price. Jennifer and team did not let us down. They were excellent in all areas. We would highly recommend Jennifer Bullock and team to anyone considering selling their home. They are not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also a delight to work with.
