Sarah was just the best to work with. She knew her market and was always quick to respond to our many questions and concerns. We truly got the house of our dreams because she was so quick to get us the very first viewing. Great experience and highly recommend this team!
I live in Connecticut. I called her to sell my parent's condo down in North Carolina. We talked I explained our needs. She was friendly & professional and worked very well juggling calls and questions between my parents in NC and myself in CT. Everything went very smooth with no complications. Thank you for everything.
Michelle was wonderful through out the whole process. Quick to respond to all our calls and text questions. Very thorough on details, blue tape walk through and final closing. Knowledgeable, professional, accommodating and now our new friend in our new state. The whole team did a great job on making sure all our papers were done on time. Also, we were provided with recommendations for many new services that we would need. I would highly recommend this team and Michelle to anyone looking in the Wilmington, NC area!!
We reached out to Jennifer Bullock Team when both our family and In Laws decided to move closer to the coast. We were blessed to be assigned Drew Flynn as our realtor during this home buying process. Drew was simply incredible; he answered all of our questions, made himself available at all times throughout the week and managed to find two amazing homes right near where we were looking. We bought one, and our inlaws bought the other home and they/we couldn't be happier. Thank you SO MUCH Drew and all the team members of the Jennifer Bullock Team!
Drew Flynn could have done nothing more to make this experience in finding our forever home more enjoyable! He was so flexible with our schedules and I always trusted he had our best interest at heart. He had a lot of obstacles with our large wish list, but he never let us down! In the end I am so glad to have gained a realtor I can recommend whole heartedly. I wouldn’t consider him anything less than part of our family now! Thank you Drew for everything!
Michelle was a pleasure to work with and understood my needs. She communicated very effectively and not only helped me before I even arrived in North Carolina, but continues to help me now while I’m back in Philadelphia. I’m very dependent on her, my only contact, and trust her wholeheartedly.
Sarah Milin is the best!! My husband and I have been searching for a beach property with Sarah for the past few months. She has an excellent knowledge base of the market and was extremely helpful and professional. She knew our goals to use this property as an investment and was invaluable in helping us find the perfect property for our needs. I highly recommend Sarah and her team to anyone in the market for property in this area. She took the time and effort to help us make our dream property a reality! We could not be happier!!
Thank you to the entire Jennifer Bullock Team for their professional and personal attention given to us! We highly recommend Drew and the entire team!
Katie and the Jennifer Bullock team were with us the entire way. As first time home buyers, we were overwhelmed going into the process. Katie and the rest of the team were able to answer all our questions (there were many) and gave us the confidence and peace of mind as we navigated the market and closing. They are great partners and we could not recommend them more!
Katie was wonderful and easy to work with through the entire process. We are out of town and she has helped so much in making sure all was in good order. Her entire team communicated through the process. Would recommend to anyone!
I would highly recommend this real estate team. Their knowledge of the market and communication throughout the process was exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with them and I hope to work with them again in the future.
Drew Flynn was an excellent agent. His experience and knowledge of the market and networking with others was a great asset. He was always available and attentive, going the extra mile to help us find just the right house for us.
