We recently sold a home we owned in Beulaville, NC. It had been a rental and was in rough shape. So the house was priced right given the area and the currently higher interest rates. All of the paperwork was handled without a single glitch. We have bought and sold several houses in our lifetime, and we can honestly say, "This was one of the smoothest real estate transactions we have ever done."
