Overall, My wife and I had a positive experience working with our realtor Kent Schlecht. Kent was professional throughout the process and helped guide us through the transaction from start to finish. I remember making the phone call which ended up being the best decision we could have made. It was late afternoon and i was surprised to not only have the call answered but Kent immediately without hesitation called me back after making arrangements with another realtor for an appointment on a family home that we were very interested in. The very next morning! We were off to what ended being our home! One thing I learned is that a lot of the hype online can make it seem like buying a home without a realtor is simple, but our experience showed otherwise.
