•Step by step Lori guided us on our journey. If we saw a house we liked she went out of her way to make arrangements for us to see the house that day. Answering texts late into the evening. Advising us on how to put an offer in, teaching us real estate terminology, like what Ernest money was. Giving us reports on a house that could have affected my wife’s health. Recommending financial consultants who helped us through the long process of getting the VA loan approved. Lori kept us informed as to what came next, from house appraisals, inspections, and communicating with seller agents. Negotiating better deals and looking out for our interests. Looking back now at the entire process, we would have never been able to navigate this journey alone without the professionalism, experience and expertise of Lori Butterfield. In the end, she helped us find a house that is well suited for my family and I, and we are extremely thankful!
