Mrs. Brittany Moon is awesome. From the beginning, when we contacted her on June 5, 2024, within minutes she responded to our request to speak with her as a potential agent to sell our home. After speaking with her, she even suggested we talk with other agents to ensure we did our due diligence in selecting an agent. We had already met with one agent, but we chose her because she performed a financial analysis and was able to present us with reasonable data for pricing and selling our home. She also offered suggestions to help prepare our house for sale. We thought we needed to fix quite a few things cosmetically, but she gave us pointers, and we realized the situation was not as dreadful and costly as we imagined. She told us she could sell our home relatively quickly. We had no idea we would have three offers within a few days of the listing. We had a signed contract to sell our home within days. Throughout the process, she was always responsive and timely. She exuded nothing less than professionalism in her communication and all of her dealings with us. When we needed repairs done, she connected us with people who were ready to perform the work. Throughout the entire process, she connected us with people who could provide various services. This saved us the time of having to seek out people on our own, which was beneficial since we both work full time. She was patient with us as we teetered back and forth between purchasing another home or renting. She explained the pros and cons of buying again vs renting. She showed us houses for sale and gave us valuable feedback. Overall, Mrs. Moon was very pleasant, professional, and helpful. We plan to seek out her services again when the time comes, and we have recommended her to our former neighbors across the street, who are considering selling their house next year. I have sold a home before and was dreading the experience again. However, Mrs. Moon made this process simple and smooth. She is a jewel.
