Cindy Grimes is a true professional with years of experience and has utilized the technology of the last five years to ensure our house showed well and sold quickly. Her use of photo staging and social media reach-out demonstrated that she keeps up with the trends in selling a house. We had to sell a home for an estate, and I am being honest with only notes from a house sale in 2006 I was worried about the time it would take to sell the property. However, Cindy walked us through the process and gave us options, not commands, allowing us to make informed decisions. When we had minor hiccups, she gave us her advice and possible solutions; she always had more than one, which helped ensure we didn’t feel trapped. If I have one complaint it’s that she also does not work in West Virginia, where I may need to sell another estate house in the coming years.
