I hired Janis to help me find my first investment property in the greater Charlotte NC area and am highly satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish. I was able to get my home built just the way I wanted with the selections that I picked and Janis was right there every step of the way. She made sure that everything was beneficial for me, that the builders and sales representative was doing everything correct, inquiring about things that I would have never thought to ask about. With Janis expertise I was able to find the perfect place, while making a great friend in the process. Even after I closed Janis still kept in touch to make sure I was enjoying my new home. My husband and I were first time home buyers when Janis worked with us. We had little to no knowledge of what price point we wanted, location, ranch vs 2 story.... the list went on. Not only did she help steer us in the right direction where we felt comfortable with the house we got for the right price but she also worked with us over a two year period, full of indecisiveness. We found a truly perfect fit for us, in a neighborhood that I feel safe if I accidentally leave my garage door open, and it wouldn't have been without Janis' help. We bought a new construction property, and she was with us from negotiating for extra incentives in the price, all the way to getting an extra electrical outlet installed and verifying the landscaping was correct before closing. She was patient with both of us throughout the whole process, while providing valuable insight on which options would be important later on for resale. I couldn't imagine using any other realtor and I look forward to working with her when we are ready to sell/buy our next home!
