Janice was such a huge help selling our house...
Janice was such a huge help selling our house and helping us move. We moved quickly because of a job transfer. Janice was able to get our house in tip top condition making it appealing to the market. She did this using some of her own furnishings since ours was moved out. But also was extremely helpful getting painters and carpenters in to finish that "to do" list. She was with us all along providing multiple open houses and giving us feedback along the way.We were very pleased with the smooth negotiations she provided with offers and the final sale of our house.
