Final price was not good but we expected it to be low.

I first connected with Michael in the fall of 2025. I was looking for a house before my wedding in January 2026, and it needed to be wheelchair friendly for me. He was prompt at sending new suggestions and arranging visits, and was adept at explaining the strengths and weaknesses not only of the house, but of the surrounding neighborhood. My wife and I found the house that worked for us in time for the wedding and with time to spare for wheelchair accessibility modifications. Michael and Janice were consistently professional and responded quickly if we needed anything. They made the home-buying experience as smooth as I could ask for as a first-time buyer.
