I have been renting from Patrick for almost five years now (2011-present) and have had nothing but positive experiences. Patrick always makes himself available to make sure that I am safe and comfortable in my home. I always feel welcome in his office and even in his family. I truly feel that the Jacknows look out for me and have my best interest in mind. There are not many people out there that will answer the phone after business hours and find a timely solution to any issue. I am grateful for the time Patrick spends on his career and for the support I feel renting from him. Additionally, after so many years renting in the same unit from Patrick, I feel it is important to mention that he makes sure everything on site is maintained and even updated if necessary. I have many friends in the same situation as me and nothing in their apartments has been modified since they have lived there and won't be until someone else moves in. Patrick ensures I am happy and most importantly, safe. He also cares about my family and always takes time in his day to ask about my well being which is more than I can say for many people. I would recommend Patrick to anyone and I will certainly use Patrick for any renting or buying in the future.
