Chris is the best! She is experienced, astute, persistent, and super responsive. Her response time is consistently instantaneous. She was never passive. She works very hard, fallowing up, reaching out, leaving no stone unturned, and her wheels are constantly spinning real estate. Her local knowledge is a great asset. She strives to stay on top of everything that happens in every facet of local real estate. We definitely needed her strategy expertise to help guide us in decision making along the way. Her style is collaborative - she listens and asks questions first, gives advice when asked. We talked through many tricky decisions and I always agreed with her advice. She knows when to nudge and when to sit tight. Side benefit is that she is fun and funny so it was really enjoyable to interact and work with her! I'm delighted we sold our property but am going to miss her!
