Dan is an extremely knowledgeable and responsive real estate professional. In a house hunt during COVID, he always made himself available for showings and was very communicative via phone and text to answer any questions we had throughout the process. He was most helpful at pointing out pros and cons of each home that we probably wouldn't have thought of ourselves. We would highly recommend Dan after our experience going through the home-buying process with him!

We put our house on the market 2 weeks into the COVID-19 quarantine. Dan was very responsive to all our concerns, suggestions and apprehensions. Helping us figure out how to manage in-person showings and making sure our on-line listing was as robust as possible with video tours of the house and the entire neighborhood. 2 days after going live we had multiple offers and within a month closing on the sale well over asking. Well played for sure.

Chris is the best! She is experienced, astute, persistent, and super responsive. Her response time is consistently instantaneous. She was never passive. She works very hard, fallowing up, reaching out, leaving no stone unturned, and her wheels are constantly spinning real estate. Her local knowledge is a great asset. She strives to stay on top of everything that happens in every facet of local real estate. We definitely needed her strategy expertise to help guide us in decision making along the way. Her style is collaborative - she listens and asks questions first, gives advice when asked. We talked through many tricky decisions and I always agreed with her advice. She knows when to nudge and when to sit tight. Side benefit is that she is fun and funny so it was really enjoyable to interact and work with her! I'm delighted we sold our property but am going to miss her!

We recently sold our home in Peabody, MA with Jenny May as our listing agent. She was a pleasure to work with through every step of the process. She knows the North Shore very well and has many contacts that were useful to us (handy man, a great attorney, etc.). She knew the ins and outs of the transaction very well and always kept us informed. Jenny was willing to work as slow, or as fast as we wanted to sell our home. Originally it was slow and we told her "next year". All of a sudden, we wanted to sell immediately so we could buy a new home we had fallen in love with. She made it happen! As it was our first time ever going through this process, having her expertise on our side was very important to us. She was always on the lookout to find and send any new listing our way. We unsuccessfully had a home [that had been left to us] with another realtor. He was not enthusiastically into this sale and negative about pretty much everything. At the end of this contract we received a call from a very enthusiastic Tracy Gothie!! Although we were selling the house, it was only the lot that was prime. Tracy got right in there with us. We made the house presentable. Tracy staged for the open house and had yummy treats for interested buyers. With a few offers and recommendations from Tracy about why we should accept a particular offer, we followed her advice and did so! Since then, Tracy has been our realtor selling my homestead in Manchester-by-the Sea and helping us procure our retirement home!!!
