A truly exceptional professional!

We are relocating from Austin TX to Charlotte NC. We met Kelcie through her company’s website, which we registered for in order to look for houses. From our first contact on, Kelcie focused on understanding our needs in a house and started working with us on finding prospects. Kelcie’s level of commitment and service was second to none! She met with the builder of a “new build” that was still under construction, to find out what changes could be made. On another house we liked she went to do a full video tour of the house for us, which we would have never even dreamed of to ask her to do. Eventually we booked a trip to Charlotte to explore the area and look at houses we had tagged. While in Charlotte, Kelcie picked us up from our hotel, having set up 26 houses in 3 days, perfectly mapped out by location and appointments confirmed with the sellers agents! She reserved day 4 to go back to our top choices for a second visit. During these days, she masterfully dealt with any curve ball thrown at her, not at least my wife and my ever “adapting” wish list and things we would find wrong in many houses we looked at. Kelcie stayed calm and professional at all times and even had a smile. She made the process of looking at 26 homes in three days, all around the city, as fun and painless as only a real professional could do! On the 4th day Kelcie took us back to our two finalist homes and we ended up making a choice. From there on Kelcie took the ball and ran with it! A couple of times back and forth with the sellers, recommending contractors for various remodeling projects, recommending land surveyors, working through the closing process – Kelcie was there and made the experience easy! She truly set herself apart from any previous experience we had with realtors, or for that matter with most other professionals in any other industry! Kelcie is someone who takes her profession serious and it shows in everything she does!
