Above & Beyond!

We listed our waterfront condo with Fredo, and were very impressed with his response times, attention to detail during showings, and addressing any of our concerns. Since we lived in and out of CA, Fredo was great about updating us anytime we had showings, and he would arrive at our unit early to prep it (e.g. turning on lights, opening windows, and playing soft music on Sonos) - since we could not be there full-time to have it "show ready." Fredo really personalized the showings by relating the benefits of our unit (and there were many!) with the buyers' needs, he never rushed through showings, and he showed our property in a way that highlighted all of the major attributes (access to public beach, high security, resort style common areas, amazing views, privacy, low noise level). The condo staff would comment on how much time he spent with buyers, and how thorough he was when showing the common spaces. While we wanted the best price in the least amount of time, we never felt pressured to take an offer just so he could make a sale - we knew Fredo always had our best interests at heart, and completely trusted his business practices. We appreciated this, since we know he has a pretty busy schedule! Also, the whole process, listing to closing, was made as convenient as possible by utilizing all modes of communication, and document processing available to us - this kept things timely and cost-effective. Kind, professional, and friendly are words that describe how Fredo treated us, buyers, and condo building staff. I could go on with example after example of the personalized experience that Fredo provided us with during the listing and sale of our unit, but suffice it to say, you will have an incredibly personalized realty experience when you work with Fredo Dwyer and Island Brothers Realty!
