My husband and I decided to buy a house right before corona virus hit. I had a friend that I trusted recommend Dave McCord as our realtor. With this being our first time buying a home I was nervous and I wanted a relator that made me feel comfortable but also knew what they were doing. He was always very easy to get a hold of, was able to answer any questions that came up and made me feel like our wants and needs were his top priority. During the time that we bought a lot of changes were happening day to day with banks and realty and he made things feel very easy in a time that was very difficult. I have already recommended Dave to people looking to buy a house and will continue to do so. I have a beautiful home that I love and we couldn’t have done it without Dave.
