•Shane is amazing because he’s not your standard “Sells houses” guy. Shane matches people to their future. I first met Shane when he was showing houses to my sister and I was super impressed, he had his flashlight and was checking out the property just as in depth as we were, like family would. In fact, he told us to walk away from a few properties because they weren’t a good- due to warp flooring that would cost a lot to fix, water in a basement, and so on. Since meeting him; my in-laws sold their house and purchased a new one through Shane, we purchased our dream house, and my sister is using Shane to find a house currently. The funny part is Shane suggested our house and said it would be a perfect fit, frankly I didn’t think so looking at the digital listing. Walking in the door I turned to my husband and said “baaaaaaabe”, our offer was accepted the same day. Shane knows what he’s doing, he’s honest, and a great negotiator.
