We have owned multiple properties in Florida over the past 20 years, but with requirements constantly changing over time, we now felt totally ‘lost’ even with how to start the process. We decided that we needed help in the form of a real estate professional, who could guide us through the whole process. We looked at a number of realtors, but for us it was about finding one that we had total confidence in, and we could trust implicitly, after all, as we said earlier, we were over 4000 miles away and unable to get involved in the detail needed for a successful sale. Enter IONA Brokerage (Jason and Debbie). From the first point of contact we knew we had chosen the right people to take us through the process, it was evident that their attention to detail and level of customer service was exemplary. After all, we were trusting IONA Brokerage with one of the largest investments of our lives. Having seen how many realtors take their own photographs of the house, often using a cheap camera (remember this is usually at their cost) we were excited to learn this was not IONA. They not only staged but hired a professional photographer who provided not only stills but also used a drone for aerial views and an interactive walk through the home. The result was absolutely top class. It soon became evident that the photography was a major factor in generating interest in our home. We had several offers within hours, and it SOLD WITHIN 24 HOURS OF LISTING. Jason and Debbie ‘held our hands’ throughout the whole process from pre-listing to closing and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Don’t underestimate closing, the documents can be quite technical and full of terms we didn’t understand, but again Jason and Debbie to the rescue and directed us to appropriate resources and professionals, they even arranged for us to close remotely. I can’t recommend them enough, but don’t take my word for it, just chat to them and you will quickly decide for yourself
