•We purchased our home in Pacific Grove with our son and daughter-in-law in February 2019. We'd all been looking at listings for a few months but decided that if we wanted to enjoy this home by summer, we needed to hire a realtor, especially if we were traveling from two different cities to look at homes. We found Dean via reviews, and everything we read about him was true. Dean was interested in finding a property we all liked and wanted to make sure that everyone's opinions were taken into consideration. He was organized, had appointments set, provided great local insight as to why one area was preferable to another, things to take into consideration, etc., and with his assistance, we closed on our new home April 15th, which we all love and plan to enjoy for years. His local insight continued when he provided names of service people, including cleaning people, several of which we've used. As the final icing on the cake, as we were beginning to move in the other day, Dean stopped by, just to see how we were doing and helped carry the mattresses into the house. We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. You cannot go wrong with Dean as your realtor.
