•Massimo provided a pleasant experience in getting my Walnut Creek property sold. The sale took some time, due to both improvements needed as well as shifts in the market, but Massimo persevered and got the sale done! Thanks.
Theresa and her partner Massimo were persistent in their efforts to sell my residential property. We made some errors in timing, which were more of the owner's wishes, but Theresa and Massimo persisted in their efforts. Their efforts introduced quite a number of buyers to view the property, and eventually led to the acceptance of an offer. The lesson here is that the owner needs to have the property in a 'market-ready' state if they wish to sell quickly. Theresa and Massimo helped to overcome the obstacles, so kudos to them both.
