Sarah was referred to us by a family friend and she took excellent care of us. She recommended an excellent mortgage broker and together, they were able to close on our home in under 45 days. She was very patient with us as our tastes and preferences changed with the more homes we saw. She was very responsive, even late at night. I know that we were a little far out of her area so her commute to us was long, but she still showed up on time and prepared.

Like most, I was about 50% in the market and was browsing Zillow when I came across a home that wasn’t even what I was looking for at the time. I immediately called Sarah and said “I think I found the one!” Within 10 minutes she had me a showing that same day! My wife and family met at the house and we knew it was the one. Not going to lie, I was skeptical about listing my house when I did for what I wanted out of it. For my wife and I, our 8-month long journey was wrought with exciting times, sad moments and everything in between … Plus a global pandemic, social disorder and a near-miss international murder hornet invasion. With all of these hurdles to happiness, the last concern we wanted was the possibility that our agent was anything but honest and genuine. We definitely lucked out when Adrian took the stage. Throughout our journey, there were utterly easy opportunities where Adrian could’ve pounced for the quick sale. We were shown homes that lit up my eyes here or the wife’s eyes there. A less than genuinely caring agent could have simply nudged us this way or that, highlighting a certain feature, a fancy window or a water view we didn’t ask for. But Adrian simply didn’t. He dedicated himself to understanding our needs and made sure the next shiny thing didn’t throw us off course. Around month 4 or 5 where our search began to expand, Adrian had us take a step back, re-assess and ultimately re-affirm our goals. About 2 visits later, here we are writing this from my dining room under a vaulted ceiling overlooking our spacious backyard. I have known many Realtors throughout the years and no one compares to Sarah Maus! Sarah is accomplished at all aspects of being a Realtor and her work ethic is amazing. When buying my home in Tarpon Springs, the deal almost fell through because the seller was not wanting to take care of an issue at the house. Sarah went to work and reviewed the concerns with the seller's Realtor and why it was important for all for the issue to be resolved... well, the seller agreed and I am now in the home I fell in love with. Regarding Sarah's work ethic... I asked Sarah on a Friday to drive 2 1/2 hours to show me a property several counties away.
