Tyler Grisley is a great realtor, he’s not pushy and knows what he is doing. He was able to answer any questions I had during the house buying process. When ever I called Tyler he would answer and if he couldn’t answer he would return my phone call. I told Tyler what I wanted and he helped me get just that. If you are in the market for a new house Tyler is the one to help you!

Tyler helped friends of mine find their perfect home. Tyler negotiated their price along with extra perks and came highly recommended. A rep from my mortgage company tried to get me to choose someone she preferred and I'm glad I didn't. Tyler was available day and night and didn't get annoyed when I sent him multiple listings. He was calm, collective and understood what I wanted to buy and quickly followed up on leads. Tyler never pressured me into quickly purchasing something and did everything he could to ensure my concerns we're met. I'm glad I chose Tyler to help me purchase my first home and would recommend him to anyone in need of a great realtor.

Nick did an amazing job while we were on the search of our new home. He is very knowledgeable of the area we looked at, attentive on what we were looking for in a house. Nick is NOT a pushy REA. He was patient and showed us houses we wanted to look at and houses that came close to what we’re looking for in a house. We were able to get the house we wanted with Nick’s help. If you need help buying or selling Nick is your guy.
