Erin has been my realtor for a few years now. I Have used her to find a house to rent when I almost gave up because there was so many requirements that I cannot fulfill. Erin was able to work some magic to find me a great house to rent. She knows a lot of smart people in the industry and is always able to get the job done. My house was more than just a home, it was something I raise my kids in. Erin Went above and Beyond understanding how much sentimental value my house was daring the selling process. She priced it just right and put it on the market that I had a buyer within one day. Any time I had any concerns or feelings, she was more than just my agent, she was a friend I could express my thoughts too. When I didn't understand something she was spend the time to talk to me about it and never did she rushed me and was always so patient. Happy with my decision of chosen her, I should have used her as my agent when I bought my new house and Texas because that agent would not even give us a timer today. We bought our house months before we sold our property in Vegas and she is just so delightful.
