James is truly knowledgeable about the local market. He moves quickly and was on top of taking us to see houses of interest. James is a skilled negotiator and helped us accept the best offer for our house. I would recommend James for all your selling and buying needs.

James was a go getter. No grass growing under his feet! He was super responsive and helpful. If you want to get things moving then give him a call. I flew in from out of state and he spent a weekend with me looking at houses. Found one, made an offer and we were off to the races just that quick! Doesn't hurt that he's a nice guy as well.

James Bauslaugh was instrumental in helping us find our new forever home. He is very professional and provided much needed guidance in the process. He was always available to answer our questions before, during, and after the sale, and continues to be a resource we can count on, always with a warm and gracious smile.

James was an outstanding realtor. He consistently made the entire process of house buying a fun and easy process. One of the things I liked about James was his patience and the fact he was not pushy. I found James to be very trustworthy and would recommend him time and again.

James is hands down the beat realtor in the Fredericksburg area. I'd recommend him to anyone. He's focused on your family and your needs, he's motivated to move quickly in a market that requires quick action but he's also careful to not be pushy or force you in a direction that isn't right for your family. He set us up to see houses that were available on the market and any that we said we were interested in, he was ready to take us to, same day. If you're looking to sell, buy, or both James is your guy. He made our coinciding close easy, no stress, and his team got us closed on time with no delays. Don't trust the largest decision and purchase you'll probably ever make to anyone else.

James worked on selling this house for me even while he and Emily were on vacation I told him not to do that because they deserved to have time together without trying to sell a house but never the less James called me several times while he was away and he actually worked out the deal while he was away. I cannot praise James enough for all he has done for me.

We drug James through about 20 houses before finding the perfect house in our budget. He always had a smile on his face and happily prayed with us every time we went looking. When our house had a septic issue he walked us through the process all the way to closing. He's an amazing real estate broker, but more importantly he's a good man!
