•Selling and buying a house might be scary, but when you add a 900 mile move it may seem impossible. Stacy made the seemingly impossible, possible and less painful than I ever imagined. She not only helped guide us along in buying our house in Florida, but even told us what to expect on our end in Kentucky, sometimes before our realtor there. She is very professional as well as personable. After talking with us, I felt like she knew exactly what we wanted in our house. We put in an offer on a property and simultaneously sold our house in KY. Unfortunately, the house here didn’t pass inspection. Before panic could really set in, she reassured us that we would be fine. She went out and found another property within 48 hours that we now call home. She seems to always be available, and if you don’t connect with her immediately, she gets back in touch with you faster than you even expect. But what stands out most is that she is always smiling and happy to talk or see you. Yes you can hear her smiling through the phone. She truly seems to love helping people and enjoys her career at Better Homes. I know that my wife and I will not use any other realtor than Stacy Rubino in the future.
