There are no words to describe the careful efficiency and diligence of this woman. She made sure every t was crossed and every I was dotted, making us feel safe in our choice. When we went to the open house for the property we bought, Marlys provided more information about the property than the listing agent did. She took the time to know all she possibly could about the properties in order to protect our investments. She treated us like we were royalty! Even after closing, she is still answering questions for us in order to help us set up an Llc. The name of her brokerage, “Immeasurably More” describes how she does business; giving more and providing more than any other agent we have ever worked with. I recommend this broker without reservations. She is fabulous!

Marlys helped us sell two houses over the past couple of years. One was in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and one was in St. George, Utah. Her knowledge of both market areas was amazing. She worked hard not only to sell the houses, but to get them ready to sell to obtain the best price. She helped us clear out furniture, take down curtains, and clean up junk in both the houses and the yards. We wouldn't use any other realtor. She is the best.
