Javy was extremely responsive to what we needed every step of the way! His knowledge of the area was helpful since we are new to the area. Since we are a military family, we were using a VA loan. Javy is also a veteran and was extremely knowledgeable about VA loans and the needs of military families in the area. When we found our dream home, he knew precisely what our offer should be and how to present it. We got the house $30,000 under asking and the seller paid some towards ours closing costs! He recommended a great person to handle our mortgage and helped to make sure that we closed on the date we needed. He made sure everyone was working quickly towards our goal. Buying a home is stressful, but I’m so glad we had Javy to guide us through the process!

Realtor Javier Torres went above and beyond his call of duty. His recommendations were spot on and help me out tremendously. His knowledge of the current market got me an extremely great deal. The inspector he got me was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough, with what he found during the inspection saved me a boat load of money and I’m beyond grateful. I have work with other realtor in the past but non like Javier Torres. He made and extremely stressful process smooth and painless. Being a veteran myself having a fellow brother in arms guide me through this process felt like he really had my back.
