Simply the best agent!!!

I had so much questions on purchasing house but Kate was patiently go over everything! Her knowledge is incredibly amazing and also her network was amazing!! She will try her best to get the answers for you and her negotiation skills are just fantastic. She is so thoughtful and kind, i have a little girl and she was always thinks about my daughter first, I am so glad that I met her and she was my agent!!! I have zero regrets about that!!! With this crazy market I wouldn't have picked anyone else as my realtor

Kate was the best from beginning to end. She was constantly reaching out to me with different properties that matched what I was looking for and was so patient taking me out to so many places. When I found the home I loved she made it happen. This market is crazy and I couldn't believe how many options Kate was giving me and since it was my first time buying a home she walked me through every step of the way! Superior agent

This was our first experience selling a home, and at the same time we were building another out of the area. Kate made the process so easy to understand. She has an incredible knowledge of all aspects of the sale, and gave us excellent guidance regarding setting a price and even staging our home. Kate held our hand through every step, even giving us her recommendations when we needed some handy work done prior to closing. We fully recommend Kate if you are looking to buy, sell or rent in the area. She became a closer friend to us and we miss her!
