When I first started this process I was excited about the potential revenue that the market had to offer but was unsure about the best way to get the highest value for my home of 8 years. Steve helped me through the entire process by properly valuing the property, managing expectations on both the buyer and seller side, and mitigating potential future problems by tackling them head on. As an example he personally showed up to the inspection and the appraisal offering insight into inspection issues for the seller and offering comps and perspective to the appraiser to ensure the highest possible value. I won't be looking anywhere else for my next property purchase!

We had a lot of furniture left to remove but Steve rented a uhaul truck and along with his wife and myself we loaded it all in. Closing saved!

Steve was attentive to my needs, and he adapted with the flow of events that inevitably follow upon an agreement to purchase and one to sell. He came and helped when there was a need to move things out of the unit so as to let the buying and selling happen smoothly. He always answered my calls quickly and efficiently.
