Dave was my first interview and within the first 2 minutes I did not want to speak to the other 2 realtors, but I had to do my due diligence. After speaking to all 3, Dave was the ONLY one that was direct and straight with me from the get go about sale price expectations, timeframe and most importantly, his commission rate and availability.
