Donna is a wonderful agent .She listens to your concerns and always answers your questions in a timely manner.Whenever action is needed to be taken she doesn’t hesitate or him haw around.We happen to see house while driving through SunSet Lakes and called her to set up a visit.We had to wait til another client was done viewing the home but within minutes she got us an appointment.After seeing 3769 Sunward Dr home her advice was to make an offer and put money down because this house won’t last.She was right!Within hours several other inquires were made.Procrastination kills but with her professional advice we were able to start the process and purchase our beautiful home.Thanks again to Donna for her expertise and patience with us .

When first meeting Donna, I explained I wanted to aggressively sell my home. Through the discussion, Donna was very open in items I needed to do to facilitate this, combined with items she could address on her end to assist. After we established ownership and next steps, she mobilized her team with the expectation that my house would be under contract within 3 days or less. Needless to say, it was under contract within the first day. She set stretch goals, clearly communicated her expectations and manged the process through every milestone.
