From the minute Paul came over to our property he was positive we would have no problem selling for want we wanted. He enlisted a photographer to take pictures and walked us through the whole process. This put me at ease as I was in Massachusetts on business and Paul personally handled everything. Paul also was able to line up contractors at very reasonable prices to address the couple of minor repairs from home inspection and then some repairs from the hurricane. Paul treated us like family / friends and we while heatedly would recommend him to anyone buying it selling (or renting) in the immediate area.

I have known Paul for some time so when we decided to sell our property, Paul was our first choice. We did,however, consult with others who have used his services to confirm that he was the right person to trust with the sale of our property. We were not disappointed. It was a very difficult decision for my wife and I to sell our property as we have had many years of good times and happy memories in the house. Paul has an extensive knowledge and experience of the property market in the area and his advice and support was invaluable in the selling process. Prior to marketing the house, Paul explaned the process in detail but in a manner that we fully understood. He kept us fully up to date at all times throughout the sale and always acted in our best interest. The first buyer pulled out of the sale but Paul immediately contacted other interested parties and the sale proceeded with little or no delays. as a result of his knowledge of the local market, we received an excellent price for the property that exceeded our initial expectations.
