The Most Excellent Agent

When I began my search for my new home, I really had no idea what to expect. I met Jengi at an open house, and she was so kind and warm that I knew I had found someone that I wanted to work with. It was the best decision I could have made. Jengi really went above and beyond to help me through every step of the way. I had a million questions and she was always happy to help and quick to answer. She supported me through the rollercoaster of figuring out where to start with a lender, and where and how to start searching for the place that would suit me and my family best. She was there for me when I was heartbroken over my first two offer rejections, and then I was lucky enough to get my dream home on the third offer. We worked together for almost all of 2025 to try to find the right place. When we went to look at different homes, she was easy to schedule with and really helped me figure out what pros and cons were at each place, like what might be problems that I might have to deal with in the future that I never would have considered. I think she saved me a lifetime of headaches. After all of the ups and downs during the search, she ended up being able to negotiate an offer to get me into the home that I had actually been dreaming about all year. Once the offer was accepted, she was nice enough to hold my hand through every step of the way - setting up bids for the gutters, HVAC, and windows, etc., scheduling an appointment with the best inspector, and pointing me to really great providers for other services. My transition into my new home really could not have been smoother, and I would have been completely lost without Jengi. If I ever needed to sell my home down the line, I will definitely be asking Jengi to help me in both selling and buying another one. I would trust her completely with all of the staging (she has great taste), and of course all of the other things that I would be clueless about in the process. I am so grateful to you, Jengi.
