•Mrs Goddard was OUTSTANDING!!! She was always available with the many questions that I asked and believe me I asked A LOT!!! What I love about her was her personality and her willingness to help. This is the first home that my husband & I have ever purchased and it was a very stressful process. There were times where I wanted to give up because the entire process was OVERWHELMING. Debra showed empathy towards our situation and she reassured us that it would get better. She asked many questions as so that she could get a feel of what we were looking for in a home. She took some of the weight off of us by taking the initiative in finding homes to view that she knew we would like. She stayed in contact with us on a regular basis and also to invite us to her open houses. She remained very professional and dedicated to our needs throughout the ENTIRE process. We are so grateful and thankful for Mrs Debra Goddard!!! We will definitely refer her to our friends, family members, colleagues and even strangers if they are looking to purchase a home.
