Sherry Hutchins and Adam Hamalian were recommend to us by a friend and they were great! They stepped us through the process of selling our mother’s house after her untimely death. They handed coordinating cleaning out the house and significant repairs including the remodeling of the kitchen to prepare the house for sale. This was extremely helpful as we do not live in the area. They also helped us navigate the rapidly changing real estate market as interest rates began to increase helping us to price the house for fair and quick sale. They are both very knowledgeable and work great as a team.

We started our search for a new home back in June, this year and last year have been crazy for the house market.
