•I could on at length about Alison's knowledge, experience, etc. but what matters is how hard she works to sell your home. No detail is ignored and she goes out of her way to do the extra work and effort that make a difference. I had a home that was marketed by someone else and had little success and no firm offers after six months. I hired Alison and told her that my goal was to sell the house within 90 days. She beat that goal and the house closed escrow in about 80 days. Alison makes things happen. Alison is always there to provide her knowledge and support...most importantly knowing and actively using her contacts in real estate, finance and the trades to check on status, engage expertise and keep the marketing and sales efforts on track. Hire Alison FIRST and save yourself lots of time and money. You will not regret it.
