•Kathi was the consummate real estate professional from start to finish. She assisted me with finding a new home for my elderly mother who needed to be closer to the rest of the family and in a home and community that would still allow her to be active and independent. A key challenge that we faced, that Kathi made a non-issue, was that I was over 2000 miles away from my mom and I needed to have someone that was highly responsive, was able to quickly work with my Mom and I to identify needs, and be someone that my Mom was comfortable with and could trust. Kathi Heatherly proved to be all of that and more. I am pleased to say that my Mom is very happy in her new home, and we could not have done it so smoothly and quickly without Kathi's professional assistance.
Kathi was very attentive and attuned to the needs of our family in helping to find just the right home for our elderly mother. She made my mother feel comfortable and worked around some difficult scheduling and coordinated property viewings as smoothly as possible. Kathi worked well to get my mother exactly what she wanted and I would recommend her to others looking to relocate.
