•I am a retired real estate developer so I’ve worked with literally hundreds of agents over the years. Most are very weak. Paul is s 10! I recently was involved in disposing of a property we got back in foreclosure. I contacted Paul because I saw he had previously listed the property. We met at the site and I immediately found Paul to be engaging, knowledgeable and extremely diligent. The property was in horrible shape so it had to be bought by a “flipper”. Paul offered to show the property to local flippers he knew and see if we could sell quickly. He proceeded to show the property numerous times in the next week to over 15 prospective buyers. He did those showings on the come with no formal listing agreement. He ended up soliciting three offers of which one we accepted at a price two other agents said we could never achieve. Paul had to leave the country during escrow for a pre planned vacation to Europe. Amazingly he continued to work the deal from Europe Thru the inevitable problems and we closed on time. Paul is one of the very few agents I’ve found to be strong in every single way. Market knowledge, integrity, follow thru and likability. I will definitely use him again and I will recommend him to anyone needing an agent in the greater Los Angeles area. Steve Schwartz
