Adam was THE most helpful realtor I have EVER met. He went above and beyond for us. We lived out of state and he drove around to look at houses for us and would FaceTime us throughout it all! He NEVER skipped a beat when we asked if he could check out a house. He was always willing and able to get up and go. His negotiation skills are on point and he always knew what was best for every situation! I wouldn’t have anyone else represent us in this process and would definitely pick him a million times over if we ever buy another house!

Adam is seriously AMAZING to say the least! From day 1 he was upfront, honest, personal and 100% willing to go the extra step. He was diligent working around the clock. He is not only professional but also very personable and someone you could actually have a conversation with. He did everything in his power to assist us in this process, Just so we could get into the perfect home in this crazy market. For a short minute things looked bleak. We are locals that could barley compete with the market. But again he pushed not only himself but us as well keeping the moral and hope alive. Adam is the one who ultimately made the home buying dream a possibility. We will forever be grateful for for our awesome realtor and friend.

He secured us a fantastic deal on a home that was located in a competitive area to live in. His quick reaction to finding us what we were looking for and his ability in writing an educated offer secured us the deal within 24 hours of the home being listed. This is our 2nd experience with Mindy. I have appreciated Mindy's patience in finding us a home. It was nice not feeling rushed or pressured. We took our time and Mindy made herself available when we asked her to show us listings. Once we finally put an offer on a house, she worked quickly to make sure we closed on time.
