•I am a First Time Homeowner and I started working with Leah in late May of '25 after she saw my interest on a property. That one ended up being pending but that where my journey with Leah began. She quickly picked up on my style and preferences and sent shared thoughtful suggestions. We ended up landing on my current home and I was going into this process by myself and with a bit of self doubt... Leah absolved all of that. Leah directed me towards my Mortgage Lenders, my Attorney, reputable inspectors and foundation inspectors that I'm sure I'll be working with again in the future. Leah was super accommodating with my time frames. There was never a question she didn't have an answer for by the end of the day. Leah said she was relatively new to the business but her work ethic and resolve for solutions made her seem like a seasoned vet! I look forward to working with her on my next purchase and would recommend her to anyone! 10/10!
