I spoke with several real estate agents in the Kings Mountain area, and Victoria  Lawson was the only one who showed up, was on time, and prepared.  The property sold was 'As Is.' It was a great flip or investment opportunity. Victoria was not afraid of the challenge and immediately was ready to move forward with representing  me and the property.  During the process, Victoria was communicating regularly with updates. The property received several legitimate offers on the first day of listing. Part of my criteria was the need for a quick sale, as I live out of the state. Initially, we thought it would be a smooth and quick transition but the buyers legal representation appeared weak in contract law.  Victoria  was dismayed and stepped in with a suggestion of a skilled attorney for my (seller) representation. I was pleased with the suggestion and how the Taylor Law firm helped me. There were a number of errors committed by the buyer's attorney and staff. There was a breach of the contract.  Victoria stayed on top of the buyer's legal firm and ensured they did not falter.    I have faith in Victoria Lawson's expertise as an experienced real estate agent. I would have no concern in using her again. Her strong relationships with the surrounding community, combined with her extensive real estate transaction experience, which includes being a great advocate for me, make her an outstanding agent.

Jaida is awesome! Throughout my whole home buying process and while I was looking as well....she is very knowledgeable of what to look for as in inspection wise, what kind of loan that will go through...she really knows her stuff from the time you start looking until the time you close! She was a God send to me, and has become a friend to me as well! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home...she is open and honest to her clients.
