Emily worked diligently to find a home matching what we were looking for. She spent several months with us looking for new properties and showing us the ones we asked for. After months of searching in a highly competitive market, she found a home, for sale by owner that she thought we might be interested in. Emily is very professional and listens to the buyer. She was a great asset as we negotiated a purchase price all the way through closing of the loan. She handled all of the negotiations and guided us through the entire purchase flawlessly. I would highly recommend Emily!

Emily is the best there is, period. She is the definition of a true professional, and went above and beyond to get our house under a great contract within a day of being on the market for an excellent price. She is quick in replies, respectful of your time, and a great communicator. If we ever end up in the WV area again, we will for sure be looking her up again.
