Experience was better than we ever imagined. He was the most experienced agent we have ever met. Very methodical and used extensive marketing resulting in the sale of our home the first day on the market.

Recently, Dave helped us buy & sell. Our experience with Dave revealed numerous great traits, but one of the most important to us was accessibility. Despite the 4th of July holiday and hosting a party, he was there for us. Dave gives great advice, guiding his clients throughout the process. We highly recommend Dave for all your real estate needs!

Dave was phenomenal in assisting me in the sale of my dads estate. I lived in another state and was dealing with my own medical situation. He was very considerate when we first met and displayed a great deal of empathy and compassion. He was amazing at keeping in touch with me during the process and took the care and time to get things ready with a full explanation every time I wasn’t sure including during a personal vacation. He went above and beyond to not only be my realtor but my friend.

Dave was great and very funny and easy to get along with. He was determined in finding the place I wanted and I was ready to give up, but we found the right place and I could not be happier. Dave is very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and a true professional. Great experience all together.

Susan was an exceptional realtor and went above and beyond my expectations to help me sell. I don’t have a realtor, I have a friend for life, thank you, Susan!
