•I received an offer to take a new job across the country The starting date was only three weeks from the day I accepted. We needed to find a listing agent who could sell our condominium immediately. Many realtors leave flyers on our mailbox to hawk their business. Those players were the first to be eliminated from consideration. My husband had met Audrey Moore at an open house next door, and she sold it quickly. Meeting Audrey was a pleasure. She is kind, personable and intelligent, with a great sense of humor. We liked her right away. Audrey is an expert at staging homes for sale. This talent is one of her greatest attributes. She was able to tell us what projects were top priority and which were not. We had many projects to initiate and complete in just two weeks, as the drive west would take up the third week. With Audrey's guidance, we were able to put those many projects on to a short list. Audrey did a lot of research and math and came up with a selling price that made our eyes bulge. At first, we were skeptical that we would find a buyer at that price. Audrey showed her work, and in reality the price was spot on. Our condo sold in only a few weeks, with only on Open House. That's not where Audrey stopped doing her best for us. The Escrow process can be complicated when a condo is involved. Audrey went far out of her way to make sure that the deal closed. Real Estate is a cutthroat business, but Audrey is not of that ilk. She is kind, personable and intelligent, upstanding and honest. And she has a great sense of humor.
