•Scott was tremendous, and that is an understatement. He helped us find the right place, suggesting possible matches and driving us around until we found it. Then he helped us through the negotiating process, getting a price more than 10% below the initial asking price -- darn tough in today's world. When it came to the paperwork, not my strong point, he assisted with that and helped us locate inspectors. When I needed to find a place to keep some personal articles he helped find a place for that too. If you are buying in the central Ohio area and do not use Scott, you are not going with the best.
