Royal Ross, Jr. was my real estate agent during my home purchase process. Royal was and is a very nice, polite, pleasant ,and respectful gentleman. He listened to my desires and made suggestions as to potential homes that fit my criteria. Even when I requested to add a house last minute to a showing list, he made it happen. Also, any questions I had throughout the process, Royal was there to answer and provide clarification if needed. He was rather knowledgeable and happy to share his knowledge including with anticipation of any questions I may have had. Royal was happy to help in any way possible and even included my child in conversations making him feel just as important as I was. That was extra brownie points for Royal lol.
