Home Owners again after more than a Decade

Brooks has been an excellent realtor for us. My wife and I have been home owners in the past and have been waiting for the right circumstances in our lives and the housing market to purchase again. Brooks listened to our concerns and we could tell that he really wanted to see us completely satisfied and comfortable through the whole process. And he succeeded! Brooks gave us great advice but was careful understand how we wanted to present our offer. I’m happy to say we closed today and very excited to be moving into our new home!
