Bill was very knowledgeable of the area and was very involved and patient with the process. I never felt like we were bothering him with our multiple trips out to see various properties. In the end, we found the PERFECT home and Bill very successfully navigated an incredibly difficult 10 month short sale AND 203K loan - which is no easy task. The banks were quite a hassle but in the end, he got us an INCREDIBLE deal that I still cannot believe to this day. We have lived here for 2.5 years and love our home. My husband is partially handicapped and we were looking for a home that would provide him with the most comfort and independence. With our criteria in hand Jean was able to locate over 10 wonderful properties for us to choose from. Having an agent that truly listens and cares about special needs in a home makes a big difference. We've moved a around a bit and Jean has been by far our favorite realtor to work with.
