Kyle is a game changer to have on your side! I can tell you all about how professional he was or that his communication was off the charts, but that wouldn’t tell you about the grit or the work ethics this man possesses. You see, My family went to Kyle with a pretty big ‘ask’, sell two homes and buy three before Christmas. Keep in mind, it was Halloween. Kyle did not shy away one bit! As a matter of fact, his confidence to get the job done made us confident that we really could make this happen. I will never be able to explain all the hoops and the incredible amount of work that Kyle put into this for us- only to fulfill our dreams. A month and a half later, on the original closing date, Kyle made it happen. We are all happy and living in our new homes a week and a half before Christmas. It was a long month and a lot of hard work but Kyle got the job done! Anytime we felt defeated or wanted to throw in the towel, Kyle was there to pick us back up, give us words of encouragement to keep going, and reminded us of our goal. We simply would not have been able to do this without Kyle. Not only did Kyle get the job done, but he had a way of making you feel like you were his only client, we were shocked to learn that he was indeed working with other clients. When did he sleep?! The amount of time and work he put into our transactions was in itself a full-time job. It is obvious Kyle is building his business on relationships. Many people and businesses in our community all highlight that they care about people, but it wasn’t until I worked with Kyle that I understood the difference. Kyle genuinely wants to see his clients succeed and reach their dreams. The relationships that I witnessed Kyle possessing in our community was one I’ve never seen before. Kyle has spent a lot of time with us over years as we explored MANY homes around Berrien County. He knew exactly what we were not looking for, which made each showing & decision focused on what we needed from our next home purchase. His patience, flexibility and knowledge on the market guided us to our dream property. Our house popped up on the market fast, hours after it had posted Kyle had us be the first ones there to see it.
